You're right on target! I've always exercised at least twice a week in some form -- usually tennis drills and a tennis match. Lately I've been squeezing in more time on the treadmill and stepper and feel better than I have in a long time. I even went on the stepper at 8pm! I usually don't exercise at home when the family comes home -- only while they're at work on school. Just wish it wasn't so close to bedtime so I could do more writing, but I don't sacrifice sleep for a writing roll.
